Background

Like many creative people associated with the arts, our business began as a hobby and gradually expanded into what it is today. Linda developed an interest in learning how to make stained glass panels so she took classes at Rock Valley College and through local artists and retail stores. It wasn't long before she became an accomplished artist and began showing her work in local art shows and galleries.

As time went on, nearly the entire lower level of our home became a studio. To support the hobby and share our knowledge with others, we decided to teach classes. John's background in graphic design allows for a collaboration of ideas when approaching a custom design job for one of our clients or helping students create a design of their own and select glass colors.

Whether it's our style of teaching or simply the friendly atmosphere that appeals to our students, many have continued attending on a regular basis.
